Sunday Stretch & Sculpt
10AM - 1.30PM
St George Labour Club, Bristol BS5 8ER
The Pot Heads have teamed up with Aim2Be to bring you the ultimate Sunday morning feel-good vibes. This very special event offers 3.5 hours of wholesome, relaxing fun to start your Sunday right.
Tickets are just £33 - please book via Aim2Be here:
- Ease into your Sunday with a gentle pace, flow yoga class to stretch your body and unwind the mind. All abilities are welcome, Aimee will softly guide you through the session, allowing you to go at a pace which is comfortable for you - so don't worry if you are a beginner to yoga (like me, Tasha!)
- After your yoga practice, you will have 30 minutes to enjoy a cuppa tea and treat whilst Aimee & Tasha set up for your pottery workshop!
- In the 2 hour Pot Head workshop, you will learn some simple techniques to build your own unique plant pot pal using air-drying clay. Tasha will guide you step by step and help you to get your creative juices flowing! Take your pot away on the day, with a botanical hairstyle of your choice. No experience needed, just a willingness to get a bit messy.
The workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities, encouraging you to get stuck in and have a go with pottery (children must be accompanied by an adult potter). Lots of fun to do together with friends or family, and meet like-minded souls (social distance style!)
*Workshop price includes yoga class, tea, pottery equipment and materials, including a succulent or cactus 'hairstyle' of your choice, plus a Pot Head care guide, poster and stickers to take home with your new plant pot pal. If you would like additional drinks from the bar, it will be open at your expense.
Due to current government guidelines, please note when booking whether you are wanting to share a table with a friend / family member from your support bubble.
You will need to BYO Yoga mat and Aimee will guide you to your spot on the floor which will be safely distanced. During the pottery workshop, each table or 'bubble' will have their own set of sanitised and safe tools and equipment, and Tasha will be positioned on a separate table in the middle where you can all see her.
