Pot Heads at The Pub IS BACK!!! I am very excited to announce that I am hosting some workshops once again at my fave local boozer, The Coronation in Southville (Bristol) There isn't much better than pottery and pints and we have been working hard to create a safe post-lockdown environment to finally run some 'real life' Pot Head sessions again.
Come and join us for some fun, relaxed creative play and enjoy the tactile and therapeutic nature of clay whilst creating your own, unique plant pot pal. Get your pals together and have a play with some clay... There are 3 tables available at each workshop, each for up to 5 potters.
The workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities, and encourages all to get stuck in and have a go with pottery.
In the 2 hour workshop you will use simple techniques to build your own pot head character using air-drying clay. Take your pot away on the day, with a botanical hairstyle of your choice. No experience needed, just a willingness to get a bit messy.
The workshop is a great way to unwind, relax and get in touch with your creative and silly side. Lots of fun to do together with friends or family, and meet other potters (social distance style!)
Workshop price includes all equipment and materials, including a succulent or cactus 'hairstyle' of your choice, plus a Pot Head care guide, poster and stickers to take home with your new plant pot pal. For this workshop, tables are priced at £75 each (£15 per potter) as want to make this session as accessible as possible. If you have a smaller or larger group please get in touch and I will see what I can do for you.
COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES
Due to current government guidelines, the workshop will be run slightly differently than before, and bookings are ONLY being taken in tables of up to 5. There are 3 x tables of 5 available per session. Tables are separated by boards to adhere with social distancing guidelines (boards decorated by local artists, see pictures!)
Each table or 'bubble' will have their own set of sanitised and safe tools and equipment, and I will be positioned on a seperate table in the middle where you can all see me :)
The pub serves an excellent range of very reasonably priced local brews, as well as some really banging vegan (and non-vegan) junk food... you will be able to enjoy a tipple whilst potting at this extra special pub edition workshop.
Very excited to be running these workshops again and can't wait to be potting with you soon! Please do not hesitate to get in touch at email@example.com if you have any questions.
