Pot Head Workshop - Create Your Own Plant Pot Pal

Join Tasha to have a play with some clay and learn to create your own ceramic plant pot character in a fun, relaxing, creative workshop!

In the 2 hour workshop you will use simple techniques to build your own pot head character using air-drying clay. Enjoy the calming and therapeutic nature of working with clay and let this wonderful material bring out you playful side! Take your pot away on the day, with a botanical hairstyle of your choice. No experience needed, just a willingness to get a bit messy... First time potters are always encouraged!

The Pot Head movement began in Bristol when Tasha fell in love with the playful and tactile nature of clay and wanted to share it with everyone she knew! With a background in arts & wellbeing, her workshops create a safe and welcoming space for creativity and she is passionate about encouraging social connection during her sessions. There have now been thousands of Pot Heads potted into existence, each as unique and wonderful as the potter who created it! Find out more about The Pot Heads HERE.

What will your Pot Head look like?

SPECIAL FESTIVAL PRICE: £24 per potter, includes all equipment and materials plus a cactus or succulent 'hairstyle' of your choice and a Pot Head's goody bag containing varnish, aftercare guide and Pot Heads merch

Workshop is suitable for all ages 6 and up, though under 14's must be accompanied by an adult potter.

Let's Get Knotty! Mindful Macramé with Gemma

Start your day right and join Gemma for a morning of mindful macramé, where you will learn to create your own, unique plant-hanger in a calm and relaxing workshop.

The ancient art of macramé has been around since the 13th century; becoming popular in the 70s; now you can't pass a street that doesn't bare at least one of these beautiful pieces. Macramé is a very mindful process, taking time to perfect each knot at your own pace repetitively into a creation of your making.

Gemma found macramé during lockdown and it has turned itself into a plant fueled obsession. She will gently guide you step by step to create your own, beautiful plant hanger to take home - teaching you all the skills you need along the way to continue getting knotty at home ... Imagine all the future gift possibilities!

£22 per person includes all equipment and materials

This workshop is for all abilities, leaning towards beginners.
